“It’s a big production and Ryan takes this stuff very, very seriously. It’s funny because I think Ryan was lying, for a couple of months leading up [to] when he said, ‘Oh, I haven’t been asked to sing,’ That’s untrue, he had been asked.”

Although the star was not able to win the Academy Award for his song last night, he definitely won the hearts of all the A-listers present at the Dolby Theatre with his incredible performance.

After the La La Land actor’s incredible performance, his wife, Eva Mendes took to Instagram and shared a hilarious post asking her husband to come back home. The American actress was wearing Gosling’s iconic pink jacket from last night and paired it with a black cowboy hat. She wrote,
