Isaac voiced the character of Miguel O’Hara in the 2018 Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse film. The actor was recently asked about who he would like to suggest to the makers of the Spider-Verse film.
Although the 44-year-old actor knows that the makers will find the best actors to play every character, he still has a name in his mind.

During an interview with GQ magazine, Oscar Isaac talked about who he would like to see in the next Spider-Verse film. For Issac, Pedro Pascal is a brilliant actor who has the ability to ace the role of a spider person. Pascal, who is already one of the top actors in Hollywood, is a perfect choice as a cranky old Spider person, according to the 44-year-old actor.
The Dune actor was asked about which actor he would like to see join the cast of the next Spider-Verse film. To which he responded by mentioning Pascal and said,
“Let’s find something for him, He should be a Spider-Person, like a cranky, old Spider-Person.”

Isaac suggesting Pascal’s name is already making waves on the internet and many people are now rooting for the actor as well. As per reports, Pascal is already a part of the upcoming Spider-man movie Spider-Man 4. The 48-year-old will be seen in action in the movie with Tom Holland. The Spider-Man 4 script is on hold for now because of the writer’s strike.

Pascal and Isaac are great friends and they do share a great bond. They came across each other at a Broadway show. The Narcos actor described Isaac as a naughty person. In an interview, Pascal was asked about a sweet memory he has of the Moon Knight actor, to which he responded,
“There’s so many. He’s so naughty. His level of naughtiness onstage during that play, for example. He played a ghost, which meant that the living characters in the story could not see him.”
He further added,
“I had to do my scenes, and he would physically be there, but because my character couldn’t see him, he could fuck with me, all in front of live audiences, as much as he wanted, trying to get me to crack up or forget my lines. The memory is simultaneously dark and wonderful.”
He also stated that he and Isaac had many similarities. Pascal explained that because they are both the children of late immigrants, their cultures are somewhat similar. The 48-year-old actor stated that he and Isaac have the same dreams.
