According to Fantastic Four actress, Bruce Willis suggested that he walks away instead and lets Alba’s character chase him!

“It was easy for me. I’ve done a few kisses in my day. We had this big romantic kiss, and it was supposed to be like this big, epic, beautiful kiss, like you’re anticipating this thing.”

“We finally get to that scene and Bruce is sitting down and I’m going in for the kiss and he goes, ‘Maybe I get up and walk away and she runs after me.’ He says it to Robert when we were shooting it and Robert was like, ‘What?’ He got nervous – Bruce Willis,”

Well, it is indeed funny to imagine Bruce Willis running away from Jessica Alba when the latter was trying to kiss him. The actor may be nervous during romantic moments but when it comes to action, the Unbreakable actor has got no comparison, as per director Quentin Tarantino.

Back in 1994, Quentin Tarantino and Bruce Willis worked together on the classic movie Pulp Fiction. Portraying the character of Butch Coolidge, the actor, and the director had quite the fun while on the sets of the 1994 movie.

In an interview, Quentin Tarantino admitted that the 2000 movie, which was directed by M. Night Shyamalan featured the best performance by Willis to exist ever. Talking about the 2000 thriller/sci-fi movie titled Unbreakable, the Pulp Fiction director admitted that Willis’ performance was simply exquisite.

“It has Bruce Willis’ best performance on film that he’s ever given. He’s absolutely magnificent in the film. It also is a brilliant retelling of the Superman mythology. You can break down what the film is about in one sentence: what if Superman was here on Earth, but didn’t know he was Superman.”

The actor announced his retirement after he was diagnosed with aphasia. Willis’ last venture into the film industry was the 2023 movie titled Assassin. As for the Bruce Willis and Jessica Alba starrer, Sin City is available to stream on Max.
