Jeremy Renner’s 2023 starting is not how one would want to start their new year, with an accident. Literally, on New Year’s day, Renner suffered serious injuries and was hospitalized for weeks before he was released. This situation has left countless fans, colleagues, and his family in utter dismay as news spread about the severe injuries that Renner received.
But the Hawkeye actor has left behind all ill rumors about his situation as he is already out of the hospital and is recovering in the comfort of his home. He also shared clips now and then showing his progress and it seems like Jeremy Renner is healing at a very fast rate. He recently shared a video of him working out in the gym and fans are overjoyed with his improvement as it seems like it is only a matter of time before he gets out in the world again.
Jeremy Renner’s Recent Post Is Leaving Behind Ill Rumors
Jeremy Renner has left no effort behind for recovery following the snowplow accident on new year’s day. It has been almost 2 months since the accident and the Hawkeye star has come a long way from those injuries as he frequently shared his situation via social media, sharing short clips of him having physical therapy or him spending time with his family at the hospital.
At one point in time, just after his accident, rumors started to come out that he has to amputate his leg, and that his future as an actor was over, but a true Avenger can do this all day long. Renner recently shared a post that shows how healthy he is currently and also included a quote,
“Whatever it Takes”
Now we all know where this quote comes from – the most famous, chilling, and inspirational speech of all time ever said in a movie, the speech Captain America made in Avengers: Endgame just before the initiated the time heist. The speech goes,

Jeremy Renner’s situation can be compared somewhat to the speech made by Chris Evans’ Steve Rogers aka Captain America as Renner previously suffered a very serious injury forcing him to be admitted to the hospital for weeks. Renner can be seen working out his leg to the best of his capabilities, nothing less expected from an Avenger.
Jeremy Renner: A Real-Life Avenger
Jeremy Renner was involved in a very unfortunate accident on the 1st of January 2023, as while he helped his family member’s car plow out of the snow with a snowplow machine, the PistenBully which was allegedly over 14,000 pounds. But unfortunately, due to the heavy snow, the machine started to skid down the road, and in an attempt to stop it, Jeremy Renner tried to get back on the driver’s seat to apply the brakes, only to come under the vehicle and sustain grave injuries. He suffered from blunt force trauma and orthopedic injuries for which he underwent 2 surgeries after being airlifted to the nearest hospital.
Later, upon further investigation, it was revealed that Renner took on such a risky chance to stop the vehicle because it was on a path toward his nephew, and without a seconds thought, he got to work. Thankfully his nephew is fully safe and he is also getting better day by day, working out his leg and receiving proper treatment from the comfort of his home. Though he has been going around in a wheelchair, it is only a matter of time before he can run. The police made an official statement regarding this matter and stated that there was no foul play in this situation and only that it was a mechanical failure of the brakes.
