This year’s Super Bowl was caught in a conspiracy theory. Now, Joe Biden’s tweet just might have added fuel to the fire. However, people are calling out the President for posting a tone-deaf meme while there is a war going on elsewhere.

What Did Joe Biden Tweet?

President Joe Biden logged onto his X account and decided to post a ‘Dark Brandon’ meme with the caption “Just like we drew it up.” Apparently, the tweet was in response to the Kansas City Chiefs winning this year’s Super Bowl against the San Francisco 49ers. Just like in any other game, the Super Bowl, too, became a victim of conspiracies calling it scripted or rigged.

Only this time, Chiefs’ Travis Kelce and pop sensation Taylor Swift were also caught in the storm. How? Well, according to conspiracy theorists, the entire Kelce-Swift romance, which was highly publicized, was allegedly being highlighted to such an extent by design.

Apparently (via The Daily Beast), according to a bizarre conspiracy theory all of this was pre-planned to ensure Swift and Kelce’s endorsement of Biden would be met with as much attention as possible, thus giving the President a big advantage in the 2024 presidential elections. As of now, though, no such endorsement has been made by either Swift or Kelce.

Posting a meme about the Super Bowl at this time did not sit right with many netizens. The tone-deaf tweet prompted users to call him an “unfit” President since it comes at a time when the world is in a vulnerable state. Currently, there is a war going on between Israel and Gaza and countless lives have been lost. President Biden’s support for Israel and his involvement in the war has been met with mixed reactions from the public. While some back his stand, others are absolutely furious.

Taking to X, many users called Biden out for being unprofessional with some calling the tweet “cringe” and labeling Biden as a “devil.” They also stated that at first glance, it looked like the tweet was made by a parody account, but the reality was much to their shock and dismay. People also joked that it looked like Biden’s intern was actually the one behind the post and not the actual President of the United States.

Despite the backlash, President Biden has not taken down the tweet and it looks like he is standing by it. As the Presidential election, which is set to take place in November, approaches, do you think all this will prove to be a hurdle in Biden’s re-election?
