Will Deadpool 3 bring an end to the previous X-Men series before the reboot? Will certain characters and storylines be allowed to continue in case Marvel decides to revisit them for further crossover and multiverse events? Though most of this will take some time to become clear, fans appeared excited that the X-Men characters would finally make a permanent appearance in the MCU.

The Marvels is in theaters now, while X-Men: The Last Stand is streaming on Disney Plus.
