Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is now officially on Xbox Game Pass. With only three months away from Black Ops 6, Microsoft is prepping any Game Pass subscribers who are not familiar with Activision Blizzard’s well known series.
The studio has a ton of other franchises Microsoft have not yet tapped into for Game Pass. Surprisingly, a cartoon-y orange character has zero games on the service but rumors point to his arrival next month. Anyone like 3D platformers?
Activision Blizzard’s Next Release For Xbox Game Pass?
Only a rumor right now but it appears Crash Bandicoot is finally arriving on Game Pass next month, August 8. Starting with Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy, a remake of the original PS1 classic titles for modern consoles.
They are starting to come in dribs and drabs now.

At first, the game was released in 2017 exclusively on PlayStation 4 before getting released on Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch the following year. The collection faithfully recreates the originals while improving gameplay mechanics.
It might be six years old but the game still holds up. For anyone who played Crash Bandicoot as a kid or is brand new to the series, this collection is perfect.
The N. Sane Trilogy was so successful, it was followed up by 2021’s Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time. Another fantastic 3D platformer that was worthy to be called Crash 4. It added modern platforming tropes that Crash Bandicoot did not use yet such as anti-gravity and rail grinding.
What Other Games Can Activision Blizzard Add?

Xbox Game Pass has hundreds of games to offer. From small indie games to newly released titles, players are getting an insane deal for only $20 a month. The Call of Duty studio can pull more franchises from its library if Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy has high numbers on the service.
Bring over Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time for players who are dying to see what a modern Crash game looks like. How about the Spyro Reignited Trilogy? The rival to Crash back on the PS1 also received an excellent remake for PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC. Faithfully recreated again with subtle gameplay improvements.
If 3D platformers aren’t your thing, does anyone remember Prototype 1 & 2? An open-world action adventure game from 2009 and 2012, you play as a shapeshifter who can leap across buildings like a superhero.
Compared to inFAMOUS, this duology of games received a re-release on Xbox One and PS4 in 2015 called Prototype: Biohazard Bundle. If Microsoft were to put these games on Game Pass, it would be this collection.
