Jonathan Majors and His Clown Nose Always Travel Together

In 2022, Jonathan Majors starred in the movie Devotion which was not so well received by the audience as the movie could only collect a mere $21 million against a budget of $90 million. While promoting his movie, Majors guest appeared on the Kelly Clarkson Show and discussed many things about his upcoming roles in the industry. In the show, the host, Kelly Clarkson raised an interesting rumor that she heard a while back that goes,

“I have to ask if something else is true though. You never travel without a clown nose? What’s that mean? What’s that mean? What’s that about?”

Upon being asked this question, Jonathan Majors laughs and takes out his clown nose from his pocket, and shares his story behind always traveling with his clown nose. He explains that for the last seven years, he has been in the industry since he graduated from the Yale School of Drama and he was bestowed this prop in his final year by one of his teachers and best friend which marks that he or she is currently ready for the open world.

“It gives us permission to go back to that place and operate because the characters I am fortunate enough to play jump all over the place, there’s so many things that can socialize you to not do certain things and stop your expression, and this little trickster here is a magic door into my little 9-year-old self.”

While adding that he has a 9-year-old daughter who is like an untamed spirit, he claims that the clown nose allows him to bring out that 9-year-old in him and reminds him of all the struggles, and the memories he made to reach this point. Though he couldn’t get many appraisals for the performance of the movie at the box office, his acting in Devotion was top class and many praised him for it. His upcoming movies with the Marvel Studios are also on a highly recommended watch list of many.

Jonathan Majors As Kang the Conqueror

Jonathan Majors has been quite a sensation for MCU fans recently as his portrayal as Kang the Conqueror has brought quite a terror in their hearts. His first MCU movie, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania released on 17 February 2023 though it did not quite pack an effect at the box office, the main motive was to set a base for the upcoming events to come.

Though this was not Majors’ first appearance in the franchise as he portrayed the role of “He Who Remains” in the web series Loki, it is his first time as Kang the Conqueror, and he has made a hell of a first impression in the movie, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. In the upcoming movies of phases 5 and 6, Jonathan Majors’ Kang will be the only “big bad” unlike the first three phases where mini bosses lead up to the main boss, Thanos.

This time around, Jonathan Majors’ Kang the Conqueror will be the only supervillain to wreak havoc across the universe and potentially rip apart the multiverse just because he has the power to do so. In phases 5 and 6, all the movies and series that are going to be released will have a connection to the current timeline where Kang is present, and will eventually lead up to Kang Dynasty and Secret Wars that are years from now. It is also rumored that the events unfolding at the later stages of the phases will amount to more than what Thanos could have ever caused in this universe with his infinity stones.
