In 2017, Gal Gadot was preparing for the release of Wonder Woman, directed by Patty Jenkins. Ahead of the film’s release, Gadot spoke about her training regime for the role in an interview with news.com.au. During the conversation, Gadot, who was the mother of two daughters at the time, revealed how she felt about childbirth.

Gadot expressed that while she plays a Goddess on screen, she feels like a God in her personal life through the joy of childbirth and motherhood. Gadot used the following words to express her sentiments:

“It’s cheesy, but I feel like Wonder Woman when I give birth. When you deliver, you feel like you’re a god.”

Gadot added that she feels it is the best thing to give life and be a mother. The Fast & Furious actress reiterated her feelings about childbirth during a 2022 interview with InStyle.

“I love giving birth. I would do it once a week if I could. It’s so magical.”

Gadot made the above statement about her experience with childbirth and motherhood. At the same time, Gadot admitted she had to use epidurals during childbirth to reduce the pain. The Wonder Woman star added that pregnancies were hard on her, but she enjoyed balancing her family life with her work.

Gal Gadot Recently Gave Birth to Her Fourth Daughter

Gal Gadot and her husband, Jaron “Yaron” Varsano, recently announced the birth of their fourth child through social media. Gadot, 38, took to Instagram to share a photo with her newborn daughter, whom the couple named Ori. Gadot revealed that the name means “my light” in Hebrew.

In the caption for her post, Gadot revealed that the pregnancy was difficult but she was glad she and her daughter both made it through without any severe complications. Welcoming her youngest daughter to her family, which already includes three daughters, Gadot wrote:

“Welcome to the house of girls…daddy is pretty cool too.”

Gadot and Varsano tied the knot in 2008. They welcomed their first baby, a daughter named Alma, in 2011. The couple’s second daughter, Maya, was born in 2017, followed by the birth of their third daughter, Daniella, in 2021. Gadot’s fourth and youngest daughter, Ori, was born in March 2024. The actress will next be seen on the big screen as the Evil Queen in the live-action adaptation of Disney’s Snow White, slated to release on March 21, 2025.
