As fans must already know, Karl Urban’s fan-favorite character is in incredible danger and needs to be saved. That said, one character’s cameo from the spin-off series based on the younger generation of individuals attending superhero college could actually revert all of these damages and turn the tables against Homelander and Sister Sage.

This Gen V Character’s Cameo Could Save The Boys‘ Butcher

The finale of season 4 of The Boys is yet to be released, and a lot is at stake here, including Karl Urban’s Butcher’s life. Not only does he have only six months left of his life, struggling to keep his promise to his late wife to keep their son safe, but he has also been removed as the group’s leader by Laz Alonso‘s Mother Milk.

Obviously, fans have never before seen one of their favorite characters from the entire saga at such an extraordinarily low point, and are, thus, thoroughly anxious about the fate that could unfold for him. But amidst this worry has also come a few suggestions from fans with respect to what could happen next, especially for Karl Urban‘s character.

Among all of these suggestions, one major and could-happen cure came from @blurayangel on X, which brought about one of the most feasible solutions that the studios could undertake. This included bringing about a cameo of Marie from Gen V into this series to suck out Temp V from Urban’s character’s blood and save him from dying.

As fans already know, Jaz Sinclair‘s superheroine holds the power to control blood, and thus, she might also be able to remove that from Butcher’s blood. This could end up not only saving him from dying within the less than six months left but would also turn the tide against Antony Starr‘s Homelander and Susan Heyward’s Sister Sage.

Moreover, since the younger individuals of Gen V actually exist in the same timeline and universe as the older characters of The Boys, this option is actually a pretty good one to save Karl Urban’s fan-favorite character in the superhit saga.

That said, fans are having some of the most relatable reactions to this solution from @blurayangel.

Well, for whatever it’s worth, this is indeed a useful idea that could result in something pleasing to fans. But to know for sure about how things would turn out in the saga, fans will have to wait until the last two episodes of the series hit the screens.

The Boys episodes 4 and 5 of season 4 are set for release dates of the 20th and 27th of June, 2024, respectively, and can be streamed along with Gen V on Prime Video.
