Mark Wahlberg Wasn’t Pleased With Tom Cruise’s Comparison

Mark Wahlberg wasn’t quite happy with what Tom Cruise had to say about his job. Unimpressed with how the actor blatantly compared acting with military training, Wahlberg coyly trolled Cruise without using his name. During an interview with The Wrap, Wahlberg stated,

For actors to sit there and talk about ‘Oh I went to SEAL training,’ and I slept on the — I don’t give a f*ck what you did. You don’t do what these guys did. For somebody to sit there and say my job was as difficult as somebody in the military’s. How f*cking dare you? While you sit in a makeup chair for two hours.”

Continuing further, without using names, Mark Wahlberg clearly referred to the media dust-up over Tom Cruise. Without specifically addressing Cruise’s comments, the actor made it very clear that there is no comparison between acting and military training.
