The duo has often regarded each other as their best friends but Lawrence developed the affection differently. Their bonding advanced with quite an unexpecting incident that shocked the Batman star.
Jennifer Lawrence Went Completely Naked in Front of Zoe Kravitz
Jennifer Lawrence and Zoe Kravitz are not unfamiliar with each other as the duo has starred together in X-Men: First Class. Since then, their relationship has advanced and strengthened their off-screen bond. However, this bonding was initiated by the former when she literally went naked in front of the latter.
Back in 2012, The Batman star in an interview with Rolling Stone opened up about her first visit to the former’s house.
She shared at the time,
“I’d met her a few times, and she was like, ‘You should come over and we’ll hang out.'”
She described how Lawrence met her when she reached her apartment.
“So I go over to her apartment, and she opens the door in a towel.”
She continued,
“She’s like, ‘Come in, sorry, you’re early, I was about to shower’. And she drops her towel and gets in the shower, and starts shaving her legs, totally naked.”
Kravitz was taken aback at Lawrence’s bonding method but they turned out to be great friends to each other.
Jennifer Lawrence Called Zoe Kravitz Her Best Friend
The duo first met on the set of the 2011 film and became an integral part of each other’s life. Not only do they support each other in mischief but also in important decisions in their lives. In an old interview with MTV News, the Causeway actress gushed about the Gemini star.
She confessed in the interview,
“Zoe Kravitz is… I think… well, she’s my best friend.”
However, this feeling was not one-sided as Kravitz in a different interview confessed to sharing the same feeling as Lawrence. She complimented the actress by sharing how she was a “godsend” in the X-Men film when they worked together. She also called her super “fun” and extremely “beautiful.”
