Call of Duty used to be a game where players could spend countless hours playing the campaign and multiplayer and Activision have taken an interest in monetizing it. However, not all ideas are great and Dr Disrespect is no pushover with the company’s ideologies and beliefs.

The American online streamer took shots at the gaming company for the bizarre and inappropriate content the live service multiplayer game is putting out knowing a good chunk of the community are minors.

Dr. Disrespect is not a Fan of Activision’s Creative Choices on Call of Duty

Activision is biting more than it can chew with the current state of Call of Duty and not everyone is a fan of it.

Dr Disrespect is a man of the people and is not afraid to call out something he finds grotesque and inappropriate. The streamer’s reputation has earned him a massive following across social media platforms where he would continue to express his opinions and concerns. Activision is the latest to feel the good doctor’s wrath and called out its hypocrisy.

The gaming company is including content that could be viewed as ridiculous and outright inappropriate for a video game with underage players and exposing them to the use of illegal substances. Yet the company removed Nickmerc, a fellow YouTuber’s skin and bundle from Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone for posting something that was deemed homophobic and offensive.

Perhaps Dr Disrespect’s frankness is one of the few reasons why adult star Adriana Chechik is attracted to the entertainer. Calling out the company’s inconsistency in protecting the welfare of the gaming community from different forms of negativity can be appalling and extremely disappointing. Activision’s stance on certain subjects requires subjugation by the right people.

Call of Duty is Suffering From Activision’s Callousness and Dr Disrespect Can See It

Call of Duty used to be fun but corporate greed is rolling over the game's core and identity.

People have different opinions about Dr Disrespect himself, calling out his hypocrisy for still supporting Activision by playing the game and featuring it on his channel but it is all relative. Dr Disrespect loves the competitive nature of the franchise and uses his streams to send a message to his viewers.

The streamer occasionally drops a few big pearls of knowledge given his history and background in game development and mentioned that the engine for the game is outdated but Activision continues to modify it rather than replace or upgrade it.

It is quite unfortunate that the world has affected the gaming industry to a point where content that was deemed inappropriate and unsafe for the youth is now being plastered on the most popular gaming franchise of all time for the world to see. Exposure to certain items and themes can lead to curiosity in those who are unaware and could drastically leave an impression.

Parental guidance is needed now more than ever as a much tighter and closer oversight of those in the decision-making room. Dr. Disrespect is a man of the people and only wants to see the Call of Duty franchise bloom in the right direction and oust the corporate greed of Activision.
