1. Quentin Tarantino

Krishnan Guru-Murthy asked Tarantino a highly divisive question:

“Why are you so sure that there’s no link between enjoying movie violence and enjoying real violence?”

Tarantino quickly shut him down by saying, “Don’t ask me a question like that. I refuse your question.

2. Lady Gaga

In 2011, Gaga was asked about a bizarre rumor in a highly disrespectful way by  Anderson Cooper

“There was a rumor that you had a male appendage. That you were a hermaphrodite.”

Gaga swiftly handled the question and said: “Maybe I do. Would it be so terrible?”

3. Taylor Swift

Ellen came at Taylor with a slideshow presentation of her famous exes and dating history on her show just to watch her get embarrassed

Swift handled the situation like a boss and replied, “I don’t know if I’m gonna do this”. Ellen shot back with a “Yeah, you will.”

4. Mariah Carey

In 2008, Ellen set up Mariah Carey to forcefully announce her pregnancy by offering her a glass of champagne and challenging to drink it.

“Let’s toast to you not being pregnant, if you’re not pregnant.”

5. Baby Spice

Howard Stern brought up the fact that Emma Bunton lost her virginity at the age of 16. When Bunton tried to politely reject with a “You’ve done your research.”

Stern showed no regard and asked again to which she said, “I really thought you weren’t gonna be this disrespectful to me.”

Bialik who is a neuroscientist and used to play a nerd on TV was once asked by a pesky reporter who assumed she’s just an actor:

“Many people think you can solve calculus at the drop of a hat”

Bialik reminded the halfwit reporter about her real-life credentials and said, “I actually was
trained in calculus for several years. Yeah, I’m a neuroscientist.”

 

7. Olivia Munn and Ken Jeong

During their promotion of Ride Along 2, a moronic reporter asked Jeong and Munn whether, if a mass shooting erupted in a nightclub, they were morally clear to ditch the bill on their bottle service.

The reporter even asked Jeong to take a look at her tonsils.

 

8. Anne Hathaway

In 2012, Matt Lauer made a callback to a recent wardrobe malfunction of Hathaway by saying:

“We’ve seen a lot of you lately.”

The statement inevitably creeped out Hathaway to which she replied “I’m sorry that we live in a culture that commodifies the sexuality of unwilling participants. Which brings me back to Les Miserables…”

9. Robert Downey Jr.

While promoting Avengers: Age of Ultron, a reporter asked RDJ a clunky question that unnecessarily brought his past:

“You’ve talked about your relationship with your father, taking drugs and doing all of that…”

RDJ tried to ignore the question but had to ultimately walk out of the interview

10. Jane Fonda

During the promotion of her 2017 film Our Souls at Night, Megyn Kelly asked Jane Fonda:

“Why aren’t you proud to admit you’ve had work done.”

Fonda swiftly pivoted the question and said, “We really want to talk about that? Let me tell you why I love this movie that we did, rather than plastic surgery.

11. Jerry Seinfeld

During a 2007 interview, it slipped from Larry King’s mind whether Seinfeld had been canceled, or had gone out of its own accord. Seinfeld got furious after which King tried to throw to commercial. Seinfeld said “You think I got canceled? Is this still CNN? Do you know who I am?”

During the promotion of her super-hit 2011 film Friends With Benefits, a Russian reporter tried to throw shade at her about Justin Timberlake’s career choices:

“Why is Justin in movies? Isn’t music enough?”

Kunis replied back in Russian, “What kind of question is that? Why are you here?”

14. Lindsay Lohan

In one of her interviews with David Letterman, the latter showed no regard for her vulnerable scars and asked:

“How many times have you been in rehab? How will this time be different? What are they rehabbing, first of all?”

Lohan swiftly replied by saying, “We didn’t discuss this in the pre-interview.”

15. Samuel L. Jackson

Samuel L. Jackson, who is often mistaken for Laurence Fishburne starred in a Super Bowl ad
in 2014. A reporter asked Jackson:

“Did you get a lot of attention”

Jackson replied, “You’re as crazy as the people on Twitter. I’m not Laurence Fishburne! We don’t all look alike!”
