Emma Stone is one of the best actresses in Hollywood, and any doubts regarding this stood clear when she won the Academy Award for Best Actress at the 96th Academy Awards. Her stunning performance as Bella Baxter in the 2023 movie Poor Things won her the second Academy Award of her career; she won her first Academy Award for the 2016 movie La La Land.

Stone has assimilated a huge net worth over the last two decades of her acting career. While the bulk of her net worth is all thanks to her career as an actress, she also owes some of it to the properties she has flipped.

In 2019, People reported that the Superbad star sold her Malibu house for $4.425 million. The mid-century house was originally listed for $4.2 million in May 2022. In 2018, she had purchased the property for $3.25 million in 2018, according to property records obtained by the Wall Street Journal. So, she earned $1.175 million from selling this property.

A couple of months ago, the Easy A actress listed her Spanish-style house in Los Angeles. Public records (via The Hollywood Reporter) show that Stone purchased the property in 2019 for $2.3 million. The two-story residence, located in the Comstock Hills area of Westwood, was listed for $3.995 million.

E! News recently confirmed that the mansion was sold for $4.3 million—a whopping $305,000 over the original asking price. So, she earned $2 million from selling this property. This would mean that she earned $3.175 million from selling both properties.

Although Emma Stone wanted a career in sketch comedy, her focus shifted to musical theater. By the time she was eleven years old, she made her acting debut in a stage production of The Wind in the Willows. She made her television debut as Laurie Partridge on the VH1 talent competition reality show In Search of the New Partridge Family (2004), and the rest, as they say, is history.

Although Stone has a net worth of $40 million (via Celebrity Net Worth), she is not the richest female actress to have been nominated for the Academy Award for Best Actress. For her movie La La Land, she banked $26 million (pretax) according to a 2017 Forbes report. This is the other movie she won an Academy Award for. This year she acknowledged Killers of the Flower Moon star Lily Gladstone during her Oscars acceptance speech.

According to reports, she has made $22.5 million for her portrayal of Bella Baxter in Poor Things. In addition to this, she also earns millions from her deal with the fashion brand Louis Vuitton.
