5. Kira Kira no Mi
Diamond Jozu is a user of Kira Kira no Mi. The Devil Fruit allows its user’s body to get coated in diamonds. Diamond, being hard, cannot be harmed easily. Using his Devil Fruit, Jozu was able to fend off Dracule Mihawk’s slash. During a fight, Kira Kira no Mi’s diamond coating is most useful as it will work as the best defense as well as the attack. Magellan, the former Chief Warden of Impel Down, has consumed the Doku Doku no Mi. Doku Doku no Mi is a paramecia-type Devil Fruit that grants its user the ability to become a poison human. Touching the poison can be deadly as it can cause instant death. Magellan can shoot poison shots or cover an area with poison to kill all of his enemies. Even though Monkey D. Luffy was on the verge of death when he fought Magellan, he became immune to poison after he was cured. Doku Doku no Mi can be used to summon several poisons and even mix them to deal maximum damage.

Nikyu Nikyu no Mi is one of the most underrated Devil Fruit in One Piece. Bartholomew Kuma has showcased some of its power. It can send people to random locations and can extract fatigue, pain, and tiredness from one person to another. It can be one of the most deadly Devil Fruits in fights. If there are tons of enemies, Nikyu Nikyu no Mi can clear the battlefield within seconds. Apart from that, if someone else takes a drop of the transferred fatigue, they will suffer unimaginable pain. It can also send powerful shockwaves, deflect attacks, and repel air.
