Although on the outside, the Indiana Jones star doesn’t look like someone you’d like to mess around with, it can’t be further from the truth. Even though the upcoming fifth film is set to be the last ride for Harrison Ford as Indiana Jones and is emotional for both fans and the actor, it doesn’t mean that the actor didn’t have the time to fool around with his costars.

Filming his last journey as Indiana Jones was extremely fun for Ford and working with Phoebe Waller-Bridge has been a delight for the actor. Despite joining forces for the first, the two were extremely comfortable working with each other and didn’t back away from pulling each other’s legs.

Harrison Ford was left terrified by Phoebe Waller-Bridge’s prank

Despite being 80, Harrison Ford still doesn’t mind fooling around while filming his swansong to one of the most beloved franchises of all time. This involved him teaming up with his costar Phoebe Waller-Bridge, as the two had extreme fun during their time working together. However, things between the two escalated after the Fleabag star pulled a prank on Ford in his trailer, which left the Star Wars star terrified in his own stoic manner. The prank involved the actress hiding in Ford’s trailer while wearing his face mask, which did work out in the end. She explained,

“It scared the crap out of him, actually. Even though that ‘actually’ is only represented by him blinking three times and saying, ‘Get the hell out of my trailer.’”

But it wasn’t long before the Blade Runner star would return the favor to the Crashing star, as he would too pull a prank on her by hiding in her trailer while wearing Waller-Bridge’s face mask.

Harrison Ford called James Mangold the hardest-working man in the industry

Apart from Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Harrison Ford also had a great time with Logan creator James Mangold. Reflecting on his experience of collaborating with Mangold for his last journey as Indiana Jones, Ford has nothing but appreciation for the director as he called Mangold the hardest working man in showbiz. While further commending the director, Ford stated,

“What I see more clearly with James is the enormous amount of energy, thought, and care he puts into his work. He earns the success of his films through hard work. He is the hardest working man in show business, and it was a great experience… James and I are very pleased with the film we are presenting.”
