Since its release back at the beginning of September, Starfield has gained a lot of attention from gamers and has been enjoyed by those who have played it. Still, for some gamers, there is always something more that can be added to a game that can excite them more and for Starfield’s case, it is a Star Wars mod called the Galactic Civil War Mod, and it has been made by a modder called KBoyKBoy.

Over the past few weeks, players have been enjoying Starfield for its base gameplay and its unique take on the space-faring genre that it is a part of. However, as always, some players are still looking for something similar to what they know and love, which leads us to Star Wars and the Galactic Civil War Mod, which has been designed to give Starfield a make-over, giving players a familiar feel to this new release.

With this new mod, players are able to transform the armour of the United Colonies police into the familiar suit of a Stormtrooper, and if players are able to find a UC set of armour in the open world and equip it, that will also give them the style of a Stormtrooper as they explore the galaxy. So far, the changes made by this mod are only cosmetic and do not affect the overall gameplay.

Since this mods release, players have been eagerly awaiting other mods that are being developed for Starfield that can also change aspects of the game so that they resemble Star Wars. Another mod called the Imperial Flags Mod has been created, which changes all of the United Colonies flags and banners so that they are flying with the logo of the Empire.

Will There Be Any Other Mods For Starfield That Turn It Into Star Wars?

More Starfield mods will be coming that help change it into a Star Wars game.

Currently, there are plans for more mods to be released for Starfield that will add more Star Wars content to the game, whether it be by changing current gear to look like Star Wars guns or by adding Lightsabers for players to run around with as they slice through their enemies and cause a bit of chaos for the United Colonies, or as they will be known as the Empire.

Slowly, more mods will be released over time the longer that Starfield is released, but the fact that players are already looking towards changing the game to a Star Wars clone, in a sense, shows how many players are dying for a new Star Wars game whether it be a Battlefront sequel or the long-awaited release of the Knights Of The Old Republic Remaster.

For now, though, players who are awaiting a new Star Wars game will, unfortunately, have to make do with Starfield and these new mods that are being created for it. Still, at this rate, Starfield will be completely overhauled into a Star Wars game in no time, as there are even plans to create a complete conversion mod that will entirely change Starfield into a brand-new Star Wars game, but that won’t be for some time.
