Speaking about his return as Spider-Man alongside Tobey Maguire and Tom Holland, Garfield shared his thoughts on The Art of Spider-Man: No Way Home, as reported by The Direct, stating,

“It was exciting on so many levels. On a fan level — which I am — and on an actor level, being able to work with my Spider-Man, Tobey [Maguire], and then the brilliant Tom [Holland]. Then, on an even deeper level of, well, what does that mean? What can we explore about these three brothers who are separated through time and space?”

The actor was just as excited about making a return as Spider-Man as the audience was to see him back. Consequently, even though his appearance in the upcoming Loki series might not become a reality, not at least in this season, fans sure do hope that the multiverse works its weird magic to make it happen sometime in the future.
