Charloss is shown to look down upon people who do not have as much wealth or status as him. However, what puts him in the first position as the worst character is his astonishingly violent and immature behavior. He also enjoys pushing his slaves to the brink of suffering, revealing a grossly sadistic side. There are no redeeming qualities in the character, which is why One Piece fans hate him so much.

Charlotte Linlin, better known as Big Mom, was the primary antagonist of the Whole Cake saga in One Piece. Her backstory was meant to draw sympathy from the viewers. However, with time, she revealed herself to be a despicable monster. Some of the most accepting One Piece fans can’t even forgive her, making her one of the worst characters from the series.

Hody Jones is the perfect example of a terribly written antagonist. By terrible, it implies that there isn’t much thought given to weaving the personality of the character. He is loud, arrogant, hypocritical, and has an enormous ego that became a real chore to put up with. Hody is also shown to harbor an intense hatred in his heart, despising humans and attacking them every chance he gets. There is a running gag in the community as they refer to Hody as Arlong 2.0, making him an even worse character.

The adventures on the Grand Line began after our protagonist defeated Saw-tooth Arlong, who was the final villain. He depicted the hatred that the Fishman race brewed towards humanity. Arlong is not sympathetic, however, due to his terrible personality and extreme methods. He is considered one of the most hated characters in One Piece since he captured Nami’s home village and abused the people there.

Throughout the entirety of the Whole Cake Story arc, Vinsmoke Judge served as a supporting antagonist. He was first introduced as the leader of a nation who would fight for money. He was declared one of the worst characters since he viewed Sanji as pathetic and worthless for being normal.

6. Caesar Clown

One of the first significant villains the protagonist fought in the New World is Caesar Clown. He was depicted as a brilliant but cruel scientist who was turning children into giants with science for some unknown reasons.

This character deserved all this hate because Caesar Clown had no redeeming qualities of any kind. He had all the negative traits like sadism, obnoxiousness, and unsympatheticness. Fans were quite happy to see the villain getting captured by Luffy. He actually became a reluctant ally of the Straw Hats in the Whole Cake saga, but that didn’t redeem him.
