Keanu Reeves and Idris Elba Join Forces in Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition Launch Trailer
CD Projekt Red released the official launch trailer for Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition a few hours ago, announcing that the complete package is now available for purchase on the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC, with almost all major bugs and issues totally fixed.
Furthermore, CDPR clarified that the new version of the game can be bought both physically and digitally, catering to all types of player preferences so everyone can “experience every story Night City has to offer” in all its futuristically violent and shady glory.
Moreover, the action-packed launch trailer brings together both Keanu Reeves and Idris Elba, who have been a part of the journey at different points, with Reeves playing the iconic Johnny Silverhand in the base game and Elba joining the universe as Solomon Reed, with his first appearance being in the Phantom Liberty expansion.
New visitors of Night City can step into the shoes of V and witness the epic tale for the very first time exactly how it was meant to be experienced by the developers without all of the game-breaking bugs, as Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition offers all three major stages of the dystopian journey.
This includes the base game and the “spy-thriller” DLC Phantom Liberty, both of which have been properly optimized and fixed thanks to the massive Update 2.0 that was released earlier this year. CD Projekt Red invites players to shape their own “Legends” in its ambitious world, and there seems to be no better way to do that than with the latest edition.
The Ultimate Edition launch trailer is created using the very best gameplay footage from the universe until now, cutting and piecing together high octane, action-heavy moments and incorporating them with live-action sequences of Reeves and Elba, both of whom narrate their characters’ most iconic lines.

Right from the very beginning, CD Projekt Red holds nothing back as the Ultimate Edition launch trailer starts off with a shadowy Solomon Reed (Elba) looking as fresh as ever in his signature trench coat and, of course, shooting an unlucky enemy.
