Besides being renowned for being one of the deadliest professional wrestlers of all time — man has earned the title of being a 16-time world champion in WWE — John Cena is also remarkably famous for his acting skills, and even more so for his rapping skills. One of the true GOATs of the wrestling world, the Barbie actor never ceases to amuse his audiences, be it in the fighting ring or simply the rapping one, just like he did most recently.

As it turns out, rumors about Cena having an unreleased song, that is more than a decade old, with one of his greatest former rivals, i.e. R-Truth, is, in fact, true. And as expected, this revelation has fans all pumped and excitedly waiting to hear that song as soon as possible.

For years now, rumors have been going around that R-Truth has a song recorded with his “childhood hero” and former rival John Cena that hasn’t been released yet. But no confirmation on the same from the former rivals had these rumors eventually dug deep into the ground.
That was until recently when one interview clip of Ronnie Aaron Killings (ring name: R-Truth) started making rounds on the internet. Released by the official WWE channel on YouTube, the video features the wrestler cum singer admitting to all the rumors.
As seen in the clip, Jackie Redmond took to asking the professional wrestler some questions while strolling around together backstage. Among these was the question of whether it was true that he had recorded a song with the 16-time world champion in WWE about a decade ago.
To this, R-Truth simply admitted to the claim, saying: “Yes, it is true.”
However, Redmond wasn’t one to let him go easily. Continuing, she asked him why they never released the track. To this, the rapper simply said: “We just never released it.”
When she further tried to probe him on whether they would ever release it, R-Truth just laughed and stated it was “a good question.” So even Redmond’s probing didn’t get the entire truth out of John Cena‘s former rival’s mouth.
Nonetheless, the news that these rumors about two former WWE rivals having an unreleased song that has been sitting and gathering dust for about ten years are actually true is more than enough for fans, who just can’t wait to hear the song as soon as possible.

If there’s something equally exciting — if not more — to fans as watching R-Truth and John Cena lock horns onscreen, it is the confirmation of the rumor that the former WWE rivals do, in fact, have a recorded yet unreleased song together.
And, thus, fans have been swooning with utter excitement and joy ever since the WWE officially confirmed this rumor to be true, even taking to X to express their reactions:

While R-Truth preferred to play coy when asked about the release of this much-anticipated track, fans are hoping John Cena would once again come to their rescue and go ahead and release the decade-old song (before they take it upon themselves and end up leaking it!).
