Perfection is hard to come by, no matter the extreme lengths one tries to pursue. Spike Chunsoft’s upcoming Dragon Ball game is a recent example of it. The game no doubt is a visual treat to eyes and a feast for the community’s soul. But the moon isn’t without scars.
But this moon’s scars can be done away with, as fans have highlighted what they don’t like about the character customization. That doesn’t go without saying that they are loving the details that go in there and that this is only one of a few issues that won’t affect the game much.
Let a Dragon Ball Game be Just a Dragon Ball Game

Bandai Namco would want to keep Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero peak, as the fans are calling it and not go on to the way some other games are moving towards. The next Budokai Tenkaichi isn’t likely to collaborate with Fallout or Deadpool, but it’s still giving off a Fortnite-y vibes.
Some fans who spotted this aren’t happy about that. The character customization menu looks similar to the one in the famous battle royale game Fortnite. One fan called SgtBurger shared the image from the official Bandai Namco website, saying that he didn’t like it.
It seems like the fact that the user interface is jogging their memories to remind them of Fortnite automatically makes the game bad for them. One LaserBunglow appears to be among them.
Another fan called Lucifer7059 would like to see the menu that isn’t “copy pasted” from another game.
But that’s not all, some people were seen supporting the UI and don’t seem to have a problem with it at all.
Those Who Never Played it Won’t Have Anything Against it

While there are still criticisms of Epic’s game revolving around the internet, fans in this conversation are actually defending the game from it. Users who still play the game didn’t appear to have anything against the UI.
This one user called AthosAlonso says he has played a decent amount of Fortnite and there isn’t a need for an argument for Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero‘s interface.
Another fan called Huge_Island_3783 is more into the gameplay and says it would take him around 5–10 minutes to customize the character so it won’t really matter.
For those who haven’t played the popular battle royale game, Sparking Zero‘s UI is just a regular one for them. Still, if Spike Chunsoft can do something about it to make the fans feel a bit better, they should look into it.
Apart from a few issues that fans have highlighted, the Spike Chunsoft game has already made waves in the community. It’s just a matter of a few months before the fans will be able to enjoy it on their devices.
