As the martial arts show concludes with its sixth season, there is no news yet of a potential renewal, and so precious cast gatherings like this bring out the nostalgic feelings in fans.

The Cast Of Cobra Kai Revisits Hilarious Sam Vs. Tory Fight

Cobra Kai’s official Twitter account brought the audience on a trip down memory lane as the cast of the show watched the hilarious fight scene between Mary Mouser’s Sam and Peyton List’s Tory. The group bursts into laughter while witnessing one of the cringe sequences.

Sam and Tory’s fight in the dojo was one of the highlights of Season 4. Blue Beetle star Xolo Maridueña keeps making funny remarks about the duel between the two female characters. As Tory finally lands her kick in Sam’s stomach, the latter falls to the ground in an awkward way. “Why did I fall like that?” asked an embarrassed Mouser.

List spoke with Collider Ladies Night and shared what Tory was thinking after her fight scene with Sam. The clip above showed that right after Sam fell, she went up to her to ask if she was okay despite being rivals.

I’ve definitely juggled that option in my mind of how to react because I just did not think, personally, that Tory would go up and ask if Sam was okay. That was just really out of pocket to me. But, I really liked it. It wasn’t intentional and I also knew that I wouldn’t be concerned about her. I just wanted her to know it wasn’t intentional and I didn’t really want to hurt you.

Mouser, on the other hand, spoke via another Collider interview about Sam’s defeat in the All Valley tournament.

I feel like she’s not lost hope because of it, but it’s almost like, finally taking a step back and seeing what the bigger picture was all along and it’s like, ‘Yes, I got this small victory, but I lost the war.’

While it may have felt like it was the end of the world with that loss, the cast of the show clearly had fun watching Tory beat Sam, especially with that cringe fight scene and awkward fall.

Will There Be Cobra Kai Spinoffs?

Cobra Kai co-creator Jon Hurwitz revealed to Screen Rant if there is any possibility that they would make spinoffs and expand the world of the martial arts show. He claimed that they have a “significant interest in doing more things in this universe” and they have “multiple ideas of the things” they want to do.

The production for the sixth season took too much of their time to hold a meeting with Sony and Netflix, but he assured that there is a “mutual feeling” between the creators, the fans, and the studios.
