Hulk Hogan’s career in the WWE earned him a stellar reputation in the sports arena, and with his immense fame came wads of fortune. It wasn’t an easy path for him because, like many aspiring wrestlers, he had to start from nothing.
Many fans know him by his screen moniker, and ever since he became popular in WWE, he needed a façade to show inside the ring. At the time, the Hulk was a popular comic book character, and he combined it with promoter Vincent McMahon’s suggestion to adopt an Irish persona, hence the Hogan. Later on, he changed it to Hollywood Hogan to avoid paying Marvel the rights to the name.
Hulk Hogan’s Divorce Left Him Broke And Broken
Hulk Hogan’s career soared high, but it only took one event to bring his castle crumbling. His divorce from ex-wife Linda Hogan became the subject of media attention. Many allegations were thrown by both sides, but the most prevalent was cheating. In his interview with Today, Hogan wished things did not end in separation.

He exposed that his ex-wife cheated on him with a younger man. “For me to be able to handle… my 50-year-old wife sleeping in a bed with a 19-year-old boyfriend…” The wrestler revealed that she was also letting the other guy use his gym and drive his cars. “I guess we’ve got a pretty good act going on ‘cause that’s a lot to take on,” he added.
On the other hand, Linda’s publicist Gary Smith told E! News that Hogan’s cheating allegations were all lies.
Almost every statement that comes out of Hulk’s mouth is a diversionary tactic to deflect attention away from the real reason Linda filed for divorce, two words: HULK’S CHEATING!
Smith explained that “when Linda discovered Hulk had [an affair] with Brooke’s best friend, Christiane Plante, she made the decision to call it quits on the marriage.” Apparently, they were accusing Hogan of being intimate with his daughter’s former best friend.
The case was brought into court, and in the end, it was Hogan who lost the majority of his fortune. The divorce was filed in 2007 and finalized in 2009, resulting in Linda taking $7.44 million from their couple’s investment accounts. Hogan only got $2.97 million, as per Bleacher Report.
The ex-wife also took home a $3 million property settlement as well as Hogan’s cars: Mercedes-Benz, Corvette, Cadillac Escalade, and Rolls-Royce.

After his divorce from Linda Hogan, the wrestler married Jennifer McDaniel in 2010, but their relationship only lasted until 2021. Now, the famed retired champion is with Sky Daily, a yoga instructor.
They met in 2022 after going on a night out with a common friend who encouraged Hogan to pursue Daily. A year later, he proposed to her privately.
She is 25 years younger than Hogan, but it didn’t become an obstacle in their relationship. While the former wrestler has two grown kids, Daily also has three children.
