Well, some would agree that while being brainwashed and used by Zemo Holt to kill Iron Man’s parents is already a dark enough place, Sebastian Stan looked fresh as the Winter Soldier. The first look for Thunderbolts* proves otherwise.

What Happened To Sebastian Stan In Thunderbolts*?

Stan was last seen in the 2022 series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier alongside Anthony Mackie. The world loved the duo and was excited to see more of Bucky Barnes in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

However, it has been 2 years since Sebastian Stan’s Winter Soldier. This created quite the hype for the release of the upcoming MCU film Thunderbolts* ever since Bucky Barnes became a part of that team.

Well, the first official look from Thunderbolts* has just been revealed and fans are already going crazy about it. From the appearance of Bucky Barnes to the Red Guardian, fans don’t know what happened to the Winter soldier… and why he looks so grim.

Alongside the Thunderbolts*‘ first official look, none could have hyped the audience more than David Harbour who talked about his upcoming film.

With fears that the MCU film will be just another failure like DECU’s Suicide Squad, David Harbour took it upon himself to tease the audience a little bit, and fans were indeed excited.

David Harbour Will Get A Lot of Flak For This

Let’s face it, the 2016 Suicide Squad wasn’t one of the greatest films that the DCEU had to offer. The film received strong criticism from the world and was considered a failure by many.

The film had all the bad guys teaming together to kill the even more bad guys (with bombs in their necks but that’s not the point). On the other hand, Thunderbolts* is also a movie about villains (or anti-heroes) teaming up.

An interview with ComicBook turned out to be great for the people when David Harbour talked about what the upcoming Sebastian Stan film will entail.

Our characters are going to interact with something that we don’t really understand, and it fundamentally changes the course of the way things expand. That’s all I’m saying. Oh my God, I’m getting calls tomorrow.

Well, Harbour also said that he will be getting calls tomorrow for teasing people with some information that should not have been leaked (maybe). But, who knows, it may have been Ryan Reynold’s influence.

With Harrison Ford, Florence Pugh, Sebastian Stan, David Harbour, and several others in leading roles, the world is definitely ready for the release of the upcoming film.
