Adam Driver has been making headlines when it was announced that he reportedly got offered to play a key role in the reboot of the upcoming Marvel film, Fantastic Four. Given his acting portfolio, his link with the project suddenly garnered major fans’ attention with the new reports hinting that he has already given a green light to the leader of the iconic team.
The upcoming film is one of the most anticipated projects of the MCU especially because of the scoops which is frequently hitting the Internet. While there is not much information about the cast of the film, recent reports have already announced the actor who is going to lead the team with his role of Reed Richards aka Mr. Fantastic.

Back in 2019, The Walt Disney Company purchased the 20th Century Fox which ultimately made Marvel Studios in acquisition of the film rights for the Fantastic Four. It became crystal clear that the Fantastic Four series would likely be coming back to Marvel in the future when John Krasinski portrayed Reed Richards’s role in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
Though the role went to him for a short period, fans got excited to see the new actors who would be forming the Fantastic Four team in the upcoming reboot. Now that the recent reports were already hinting at Adam Driver’s name with this project, a new report has surfaced that he is confirmed to be playing the Mister Fantastic or Reed Richards role.
Recently, scooper, the MyTimeToShineHello account shared that the Marriage Story actor is “done” dealing with Marvel to be the next Reed Richards.

While the casting for the reboot is yet to be announced, it will likely stay as a rumor for a time being until it gets an official stamp from Marvel itself.

Given that the casting for the upcoming film has reportedly commenced, many are eyeing to know more about the film. As revealed, WandaVision director Matt Shakman is going to direct the reboot with four lead characters likely to appear in the film, Reed Richards, Sue Storm, Johnny Storm, and Ben Grimm.
Meanwhile, Mila Kunis was rumored to be considered for Sue Storm/Invisible Woman and The Thing when she was spotted meeting the film director, Matt Shakman. However, she clarified her association with the project that they just had “lunch together.”
Though, she shared that she knew who is going to be associated with the film. Regardless of that, she is not going to reveal the names as it would definitely gonna trouble her.
Fantastic Four is set to release on February 14, 2025.
