This character already has a pre-existing connection with one of the central characters of this phase of the MCU. One of Wonder Man’s biggest love interests throughout the comics is the Scarlet Witch, who is already being played by Elizabeth Olsen and has supposedly even died. The two were briefly, romantically involved with each other. Though it is quite unlikely for the franchise to take this direction, with Wanda and Vision being as iconic as they are, it is important to keep this in mind.

Has Marvel’s Wonder Man Been Cancelled?

There was quite a lot of excitement surrounding the series, which is why it is extremely disappointing to find out that there is a possibility that the series has been canceled. The production development of Wonder Man, was put on hold, like most projects during the Writers and Actors strikes, better known as the SAG-AFTRA strike. Also like most other projects, after the strikes ended, it was expected that production would move forward as usual. This, however, may not be the case as sources have suggested otherwise.
