Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 will have celebrity-inspired suits upon its release. There are more than 60 suits for Peter Parker and Miles Morales. The best part is that that game has made them free. Recently, it was revealed that Colm Dillane, a.k.a. @KidSuper, will be teaming up with PlayStation to collaborate with Rina Sawayama, Vinicius Jr., and Lando Norris to create celeb-inspired Spidey suits.
Lando Norris, the Formula One racer, has a fashion brand, so it will be interesting to see how he lines up his inspiration for a Spidey suit. On the other hand, Real Madrid’s star boy, Vinicius Jr., would love to have a Spider-Man suit with the colors of Brazil. @KidSuper had a Zoom meeting with all of them and got their ideas. For now, the gaming community is waiting for Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 to release to see how the designs line up and how either of the superheroes look in those attires.
Celeb-Inspired Suits Might Be A Road Block In Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 Success Route
Spider-Man is one of the most popular superheroes of all time. Since its inception, the comics have showcased several Spider-Man suits. While most of them have been included in the game, others are yet to be introduced. The avid Spidey fans would love to get the nostalgic feeling with each one of its suits.

The celeb-inspired suits are no doubt a brilliant idea, but they change the essence of the Spider-Man games. It will be introduced just to make money through the hype that it creates. Spider-Man has been a big part of the gaming community. So, changing its history will not be a great way to attract more players. Moreover, introducing comic-related suits will be a much better move.
Vinicius Jr. wants a Brazil-themed Spider-Man suit. But Spider-Man does not belong to a particular region. He is our friendly neighborhood superhero, so only comic-related things suit him. One of the new Spider-Man suits will have a Mohawk. All these things will harm Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, and ultimately, it might become a huge step in the wrong direction.
