With the release of volume 12, it was recently discovered that Spy x Family had 34 million copies in circulation. Based on statistical data, Spy x Family has the potential to become one of the most popular manga series ever. With the publication of its 12th volume, One Piece—the best-selling manga of all time—had 37 million copies in circulation.

However, it appears that Spy x Family may overtake One Piece in sales. The show has won praise from critics all over the world for its action sequences, voice acting, comedy, characters, storytelling, and artwork. This is truly a big achievement for the series as it was only released in 2019.

After that, sales of the manga series multiplied tenfold and reached all-time highs. Manga volumes 11 and 12 of Spy x Family were among the best-selling titles in 2023. The series was reported to be in circulation more than 34 million copies as of December 17, 2023.
