Conservative journalist Megyn Kelly, who was fired from NBC in 2018, seemingly has an opinion on everything. And she seldom shies away from staunchly expressing them on her podcast, The Megyn Kelly Show.
The Boys star Erin Moriarty recently faced backlash from internet users over suggestions that she has undergone plastic surgery. When Kelly jumped into the discourse, things escalated. Later, Moriarty criticized the journalist before deactivating her Instagram account.
Now, Kelly is in the news for her comments on Donald Trump’s upcoming trial.
Megyn Kelly’s Comments on Donald Trump-Stormy Daniels Trial Angers Internet Users
Donald Trump is set to undergo a trial later this year over alleged hush money paid to adult film actress Stormy Daniels.
He’s accused of illegally paying $130,000 to Daniels. According to a report in The Wrap, the 45th U.S. President is facing 34 criminal counts for the alleged payment to Daniels to cover up his affair with her. Prosecutors say he tried to write off the money to his former lawyer Michael Cohen as legal expenses.
Trump has already lost a five-day defamation trial against E. Jean Carroll after a New York City jury ordered him to pay $83.3 million to the writer, who said he destroyed her reputation as a trustworthy journalist by denying he raped her.
Speaking on her podcast, Megyn Kelly suggested she’s expecting the same outcome in the upcoming trial, stating:
“This is the same kind of jury that he’s going to get on the Stormy Daniels hush money. He has a zero chance of winning.”
Kelly’s prediction has paved the way for some interesting (as well as furious) reactions from internet users.
Kelly is a useless liar!

Don’t worry, Trump won’t pay a cent and it will end with her paying him. Has Stormy paid him yet?

As per Reuters, Trump, who was not in the courtroom for the verdict, plans to appeal the Carroll verdict. For now, all eyes are set on the next big trial involving the man who continues to divide opinion with his past and present exploits.
What Did Stormy Daniels Say About the Hush-Money Trial Involving Donald Trump?
A report in the New York Times claims the Manhattan district attorney’s office has begun to approach witnesses to prepare them for the trial.
Meanwhile, Daniels, revealed on a recent episode of her podcast Beyond the Norm, she expects to testify in the upcoming trial. She said:
“Obviously, things have been next-level crazy, since I am set to testify in, at this point in time, March — obviously, that can change any moment — in the hush money case.”
The whole situation stems from a 2018 report from The Wall Street Journal, which claimed that Trump arranged a $130,000 payment to Daniels in 2016 to buy her silence and prevent her from discussing a s-xual encounter she said she had with him in 2006.
All this time, the 77-year-old has denied having an affair with the adult film actress and director.
