Sandra Bullock has had a history where she has come across many airplane accidents. Once the actress injured herself on a plane when she was traveling with her co-star Harry Connick Jr. After that, the 58-year-old actress was traveling on a plane when the aircraft skidded off the runway in the year 2000.
During the filming of her 2013 movie The Heat, another mishap was recorded on the set when a bus slammed right into an on-set trailer.

Sandra Bullock’s movie, The Heat, came across many mishaps during its filming. In the action-comedy movie, Bullock is seen playing the role of FBI Special Agent Sarah Ashburn. The movie was released on 28 June 2013 and was directed by Paul Feig. Many tragic events were reported while the action comedy movie was being filmed. Once, a bus with passengers in it rammed into a trailer that was on the set of the movie The Heat.
Reportedly, 15 passengers were injured in that accident. Following the bus incident, a stabbing was reported about a block away from the location where Bullock’s movie was being shot. The victims who were stabbed were between the ages of 17 and 21. Unfortunately, one person was killed during that fatal stabbing.
Sandra Bullock was once injured when she was traveling on a private plane
The Speed actress is not new to airplane mishaps, but she recalled during an interview how she was injured on a plane. This was the time when Bullock was traveling with the cast and crew of Hope Floats. While recalling the moment when she got hurt on the plane, the 58-year-old actress said,
“I’m not just clumsy. I injure myself. I was flying to a press junket for ”Hope Floats” on this private plane with Harry Connick Jr. and a bunch of other people. I ran to get my bag, turned around, and all I remember is this flash of light and then my glasses went flying. I had no idea what had happened. And Harry just said, ‘Nobody say anything. She just ran into the wing.’”
She further added,
“There was blood everywhere. I had cut the skin above my eye open. And there was no first aid kit, so we found a bottle of vodka and I cut up some Band-Aids and did a butterfly bandage over the cut.”
The Bird Box actress said she couldn’t attend the press junket as she was badly hurt on her face, revealing she had a black eye. The Lost City actress had an evident cut near her eye as well.
