The fan art features Holland as Ash with Pikachu, Charizard, Squirtle, Bulbasaur, Pigioto, and Caterpie.

Tom Holland Has Already Been a Part of an Anime Movie

Many fans won’t know about this but Holland has already been a part of an anime movie as a voice artist. The Spider-Man actor voiced the character of Shō in the English dubbed version of Arrietty. Arrietty, also known as Arrietty the Borrower in Japan and The Secret World of Arrietty in the United States, is a 2010 Japanese animated fantasy film directed by Hiromasa Yonebayashi. The film was created by Studio Ghibli for the Nippon Television Network. The film was based on the 1952 novel The Borrowers by Mary Norton, an English children’s book author, about a family of tiny creatures that live secretly in the walls and floors of an ordinary household, borrowing stuff from humans to survive.

It became the highest-earning Japanese picture of 2010 at the Japanese box office, grossing over $145 million worldwide. Holland makes his film debut in this British dub of this film. Although it was a Voice-acting role, Holland has been a part of the anime world and fans would love to see him as a protagonist in a live-action adaptation of anime series like Pokémon or Chainsaw Man.
