At Jump Festa 2024, he created a crossover with the original voice artist of Usopp, Yamaguchi Kappei, and the fans could not believe their eyes.

Recently, the One Piece fandom was stunned to see a collaboration between Jacob Romero Gibson and Yamaguchi Kappei at Jump Festa 2024. The live-action Usopp and the original voice actor of Usopp posted pictures together. In one of the pictures, both of them were posing in the iconic Usopp stance of shooting his bow. Yamaguchi Kappei has also dubbed Usopp’s voice in Japanese for Netflix’s One Piece Live Action.
