Night 2 of WrestleMania 40 had some big matches. The card for tonight’s show was fully stacked with the main event going under Bloodline rules.
One of the interesting matches on night two was between LA Knight vs. AJ Styles. Both the superstars have been engaging in a heated feud in recent weeks, and at WWE WrestleMania 40 Night Two, they took it to another level.
And, it was a good night for LA Knight as he defeated AJ Style in his life’s biggest match. With AJ Style’s loss, fans seem to be getting heartbroken.
LA Knight Has Defeated AJ Styles At WWE WrestleMania 40
It was LA Knight’s debut match at WrestleMania and in his very first match he was up against AJ Styles and, surprisingly he defeated AJ Styles in a grudge match on Night 2 of WrestleMania 40 on Sunday.
The match began with AJ Styles running towards the ring going to attack LA Knight, but Knight quickly countered and got control of the match. Knight and Styles immediately started fighting. The latter got control by targeting the weak knee of Knight. Eventually, Knight gained momentum with a tornado DDT, but Styles was able to get the upper hand.

With a sudden rush of energy, LA Knight again gained strength to fight back against The Phenomenal One. The two countered each other’s signature moves. Knight was finally able to hit the BFT to score the victory. Hence, LA Knight won his first of many WrestleMania.
Styles entered the match to new theme music from WWE entrance music, regular Def Rebel, which marked his second theme in WWE after using the same song since his 2016.
Fans Are Heartbroken with the Result
Their feud between these two has recently reached a new height. Before today’s match, AJ Styles attacked Knight with a steel chair to deny his rival an opportunity to compete for the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania. A match between Knight and Styles was made official for WrestleMania then, and now, with today’s result, Knight tasted one of the greatest victories of his life.
The result of the match was a tough pill to swallow for some fans, as seen in X (formerly Twitter).
