The WWE United States Championship is retained by Logan Paul, 29, on Sunday night during the second night of WrestleMania 40 in Philadelphia in a triple threat match against Kevin Owens and Randy Orton. Nonetheless, an old friend did pitch in a little assistance.

Under the guise of a Prime bottle mascot, Twitch streamer, IShowSpeed, 19, made an unexpected appearance to save Paul. The YouTuber-actor was about to be kicked in the head by one of his two opponents, Randy Orton, when IShowSpeed suddenly charged into the ring and pulled him out. But that became a costly choice for him.

The streamer was left sprawled out when Orton grabbed hold of IShowSpeed and delivered his trademark RKO onto one of the announcer tables. Paul, however, needed that little respite. After also hitting fellow competitor Kevin Owens with an RKO, Orton appeared to be headed for victory in the bout.

However, Paul reappeared to knock Orton out of the ring and pin Owens so that he could keep the title.

Explaining the Bout: Logan Paul Defeats Kevin Owens & Randy Orton

After the bell rang, Kevin Owens and Randy Orton collaborated to eliminate Logan Paul simultaneously, using tandem strikes on the WWE United States Champion. The latter was able to re-enter the match and pick up the scraps after Owens and Orton got into a brawl, ending the team’s brief existence.

From this point on, the action alternated between the three men, with Paul, Owens, and Orton, each swinging momentum in separate directions. Paul was about to be punt-kicked by Orton, but he was rescued from danger by the unidentified man in the Prime bottle. After identifying himself as the masked man, social media celebrity-streamer IShowSpeed was given an RKO on the announce table for his troubles.

The pivotal moments of the match occurred when Paul successfully executed a frog splash on Owens, stealing the 1-2-3 and keeping his title in the process. Even though IShowSpeed prevented Paul from taking a finisher from Orton, the former would ultimately have to deal with Orton’s wrath.

IShowSpeed would undoubtedly have a difficult time making his WWE debut after being knocked down and then receiving some words from the commentary desk:
