On Sunday night, Billie Eilish was overheard sharing her opinions on Tiktokers’ presence at People’s Choice Awards which became a viral topic on online forums. In the video circulated online, she sat next to Australian popstar, Kylie Minogue, where she was heard talking, “There’s some like…TikTokers here.” However, their little gossip offended the content creators as Bryce Hall, who has over 24 million followers on the platform, decided to acknowledge her comments.

He shared on his social media platform

“I’m just going to address this clip of Billie Eilish being disgusted that TikTokers were at the People’s Choice…And second, People’s Choice invited us. Personally. Everyone that attended People’s Choice and were sitting at those tables, we were invited by People’s Choice. So, hate on them.”

Stating himself to be her stan in the past, he continued,

“But the most sad thing, lemme just wipe my tear real quick. The most sad thing is I was a Billie Eilish stan. I stanned you, Billie Eilish. And now I don’t think I can renegade to any of your songs anymore. So thanks for taking out all my content.”

Other than Hall, a few other Tiktok influencers were invited to the event including Tana Mongeau, Chris Olsen, Alix Earle, and James Charles, according to TMZ. While he seemed to have expressed his opinion in a sarcastic way, his video post garnered major attention on social media with the singer’s fans coming to her defence.

She also earned a nomination for Pop Artist of the Year, which eventually went to popstar, Taylor Swift.
