Maude v Maude will mark the return of two iconic action actresses on the big screens. It is described as a mix between Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s matchmaking movie and the iconic Mission Impossible franchise with a comedy twist.

Halle Berry has been quite active on the internet with the project. Recently she took to X to state that somebody has said that the project is a “mother off”. She also thanked her fans for being as excited about the project as she was.

Talking to Variety, at the Red Sea Film Festival 2023, she opened up about the rocky start with Angelina Jolie- “We had a rocky start and I think that is going to serve us well in our screen time together.” However, things became normal with time and she felt thrilled to work with Jolie. Berry also went on to praise the Eternals actress by calling her “formidable“.

She is also going to co-produce the movie alongside Angelina Jolie.
