When Joe Rogan spoke to Punkie Johnson in his podcast The Joe Rogan Experience, he publicly admitted of his negative attitude of keeping personal trainers while working out. Most celebrities keep their trainers for their workout routine and according to Rogan, a personal routine is more helpful to him.

Arnold Schwarzenegger is often considered the God when it comes to bodybuilding. The 7 time Mr. Olympia was also initially trained by Charles Bennett and Joe Weider in his career. Speaking against the Terminator fame’s routine, Joe Rogan stated:

The problem with that [having a fitness trainer] is that it’s great for sure; but I need alone time. That’s my alone time when I work out. I like to put airpods on, listening to music and I just get cranking, and I just get in my own head. That’s what I like to do.”

It can be understood that he doesn’t rule out the positive aspects entirely but rather wants to focus more on the benefits of not having a personal trainer- “I don’t want anybody telling me what we’re doing next. I know what to do. I write it out.”

However, Arnold Schwarzenegger isn’t the only one who relies on personal trainer as many other prominent celebrities like Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and Henry Cavill also exist in the list.

Henry Cavill is the first name that comes to our mind whenever we think about Superman. Although he is no longer the Kryptonian superhero now, his godly physique has attracted many followers over the years. But even the Man of Steel uses a personal trainer Dave Rienzi to maintain his Godly physique.
