Arnold Schwarzenegger was one of the biggest action stars in Hollywood. He is remembered and loved for movies like Terminator, Predator, Total Recall, and more. However, as with any film star, not every movie of his was received well. One such film was End of Days (1999). The movie was panned by critics and audiences both. That’s not all, one of Schwarzenegger’s co-stars also hated working with him because he allegedly farted on her face.

End of Days was made on a budget of $100 million and grossed $212 million globally. On the I’ve Got News For You podcast, Miriam Margolyes, who played Mabel in the film, spilled all the beans about Arnold Schwarzenegger’s rude on-set behavior with her. She said:

“He farted in my face. Now, I fart, of course, I do – but I don’t fart in people’s faces. He did it deliberately, right in my face. I was playing Satan’s sister and he was killing me, so he had me in a position where I couldn’t escape and lying on the floor. And he just farted. It wasn’t on film, it was in one of the pauses, but I haven’t forgiven him for it.”

The actress also revealed that she doesn’t care about the actor and said that he is “a bit too full of himself.” She also made it clear that she hasn’t forgiven him for farting on her. After End of Days, Margolyes and Schwarzenegger never co-starred together in any other movie. The film has embarrassingly low Rotten Tomatoes scores with 32% from audiences and 11% from critics.

While not all Hollywood celebrities are friends with Arnold Schwarzenegger, the actor has always done his part in making the world a better place. Recently, the star released a video produced by ATTN talking about the rising tide of hate in America. Schwarzenegger said:

“If you find yourself wondering if the path of hate might make sense to you for one reason or the other, or even wrapping yourself in the flag of hate, I want you to know where that path ends. I’ve seen enough people throw away their futures for hateful beliefs. There has never been a successful movement based on hate…Throughout history, hate has always been the easier path. I mean it’s easier to find a scapegoat for a problem than to try and make things better ourselves, right? But let me be clear: You will not find success at the end of that road.”

The actor further said that it’s easy to fall into the trap of prejudice and hate but it’s important that we keep learning and bettering ourselves. His video drew a lot of appreciation from social media. Fans of the former action star were delighted to see their idol take a firm stand regarding this issue. On the work front, Schwarzenegger will be seen in the Netflix series FUBAR next.

FUBAR will stream on Netflix from May 25, 2023.
