Katherine Schwarzenegger Pratt – 33
The eldest child of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver, Katherine is also the most popular. She graduated from the University of Southern California. Interestingly, even before she completed her graduation, Katherine became a New York Times best-selling author at 21 years old with her self-help book, Rock What You’ve Got. After graduating, she then wrote I Graduated…Now What?.
For those who are wondering if they might’ve seen her last name somewhere, she’s married to none other than Chris Pratt. She started dating the Guardians of the Galaxy star in 2018 before tying the knot with him in June 2019. The pair share two daughters.
Apart from inspiring and empowering people through her books, Katherine also tries to share her fitness routine. Around two months after welcoming her second daughter in May of 2022, she shared her morning workout routine, with a caption (Instagram story via E! News): “Get strong post baby and light up that core that’s been asleep for a very long time.”
Christina Schwarzenegger – 32
The second, and only other daughter of Schwarzenegger, Christina graduated from Georgetown University, akin to her mother, Maria. Albeit not on the big screen, she has already collaborated with Marvel star Gwyneth Paltrow, having worked as an editor for the famous actress’s lifestyle brand Goop.
In the entertainment industry, her most prominent work came alongside her mother, as they co-executive produced Netflix’s 2018 documentary Take Your Pills. The documentary explores the influence of Adderall and other prescription stimulants in the era of ceaseless competition. To sum up, her efforts are more geared toward the mental and medical side of life rather than appearances and bodybuilding.
Patrick Schwarzenegger – 29
Like father, like son. Patrick, the oldest son of Arnold and Maria has followed in The Expendables star’s footsteps by pursuing a career in Hollywood. Patrick’s most prominent work came in HBO’s mini-series The Staircase, wherein he portrayed the character of Todd Peterson. He was also featured in Pratt starrer The Terminal List.
Having said that, Patrick has only followed his dad in becoming an actor. Physically, it seems he has never taken body-building seriously.
As far as romantic life is concerned, Patrick dated superstar Miley Cyrus for a brief period before starting a relationship with model Abby Champion.
Christopher Schwarzenegger – 25
The fourth and youngest child of a 25-year marriage between Arnold and Maria, Christopher largely remains away from camera flashes and we mostly get a peak at his life through his dad’s social media posts. He graduated from the University of Michigan in 2020.
In 2021, Arnold’s post on Facebook suggested Christopher is involved in several physical activities, including boxing and weightlifting. A handful of images available publicly certainly establish that he’s more into bodybuilding than his elder brother, Patrick.
In fact, he underwent a pretty impressive weight loss journey from around 2020, and his latest pictures show he has lost a lot of weight and gained muscle, leading to an impressive physique.
Joseph Baena – 25
One Arnold kid who hasn’t been able to keep himself away from camera flashes – unintentionally or intentionally – is Joseph Baena. He’s found himself under the spotlight since he was a kid, as it emerged he was conceived in 1997 when Arnold had an affair with Mildred Baena, his housekeeper at the time.
Things became more clear when Arnold talked about the same in his Netflix docuseries, Arnold. However, in recent times, we’ve only seen the two share a very healthy relationship. In fact, Joseph possesses the closest physique to his bodybuilding champion dad. In 2021, he even shared a selfie sharing his experience of intense workouts with his dad. “You have to go all out and absolutely NO cheating when you train with him, so you know I’m going to be hurting tomorrow,” he wrote in the caption of his Instagram post.
Joseph is also trying to cement his place in Hollywood like his dad and brother Patrick. He was featured in the movie Bully High and is set to make an appearance in Morgan Freeman’s upcoming project Gunner.
