Attack on Titan has introduced multiple Titans over the course of the 139 chapters in its history. Their special abilities and immense physical power have been scaled by fans and this list will explore which ones belong to the top tier.
Titans such as Cart Titan, Abnormal Titan, and Pure Titan either have less fighting utility or have no conscience of their own and are at the beck and call of others. This is why they are considered to be on the lowest tier. Here is every other Titan in Attack on Titan ranked from weakest to strongest.

#7. Beast Titan
Beast Titan is less agile than the Jaw Titan. Nevertheless, its ability to throw objects with immense power and pinpoint accuracy makes it a menace. Zeke Yeager acquired the ability from Tom Ksaver.
Besides possessing animal-like hide, Beast Titans can use Hardened on their body and also convert subjects of Ymir that have royal blood into Titans. However, the Beast Titan abilities of Zeke operate quite slowly such that Eren was able to defeat him based on pure agility.
#6. Jaw Titan
Jaw Titans have incredible agility along with strong, dinosaur-like jaws that tear apart a Titan in half. These jaws can also be used to break into surfaces as seen when Eren Yeager smashed the crystal shell created by the War Hammer Devil.
Currently, Falco Grice has the abilities of the Jaw Titan. It is believed that the Titan’s powers adapt from time to time such that Grice has an armored mask, jaw plating, and hardened fingers that can withstand gunfire, while also possessing the ability of flight.
#5. Female Titan
After many chapters surrounding the mystery of the Female Titan, Annie Leonhart’s transformation made the Attack on Titan fans go into a frenzy. She gave Eren Yeager a solid fight with her abilities in Season 1 and even defeated him until Levi and Mikasa made the save.
Female Titan has both offensive and defensive capabilities. She can summon and command Pure Titans by her screams, similar to the Founding Titan, although the downside is that the mindless Titans also attack her in the process. Along with increased versatility and ability to adapt due to her high intelligence, Female Titans can use Hardened to make their body as tough as diamonds and enclose themselves in a cocoon-like state to avoid capture.

#4. Colossal Titan
A Colossal Titan can be up to 60 meters tall. Upon transformation, it releases a massive, explosive wave of energy towards the enemy. This range attack is followed by the user emitting steam from their body that makes it impossible to contact their skin without sustaining damage.
Colossal Titans also possess extraordinary strength such that a single kick was able to destroy the armored gate at Muria. The original possessor of Colossal Titan was Bertholdt Hoover before he was fed to Armin Arlert. Armin fought Eren and even though he lost in a physical combat, he left the Founding Titan paralyzed for a long time until Mikasa entered the battle and decapitated Yeager.
#3. Attack Titan
Attack Titan has both brawn and brains, thus making it one of the strongest. These Titans have the unique ability to receive the memories of the past as well as the future inheritors, albeit only ‘clips’ of them rather than the whole picture. It is the only Titan to possess a special ability that is based on memory other than the Founding Titan.
Taking the role of a ‘heroic’ fighter, Attack Titan helped protect the Shiganshina district by fighting other Titans. As the name suggests, Armored Titans have hardened steel plates layered all over their body that makes them immune to most gear attacks and even cannon shots. They also have the ‘Hardened’ ability that makes their limbs sharp and more durable than other Titans.
Reiner Braun’s Armored Titan form is the best example of how an experienced warrior can manage to overcome the form’s speed limitations. However, the armor plates coating the Titans aren’t resilient enough to withstand heavy artillery like the ones used by the Mid-East Allied Forces in Attack on Titan.

Eren Yeager demonstrated this ability when he created multiple colossi during the Final Chapters saga.
Founding Titans can also manipulate the memory of individuals and Titans alike as seen in the case of Frieda Reiss and Historia. Yeager possesses the ‘Doomsday’ form of a Founding Titan because he is considered to be the last of its kind that is prophesized to bring the Rumbling. A hybrid between Attack and Beast Titan, Eren is generally believed to be the most powerful subject of Ymir.
