The next step in the story for the Demon Slayer anime after the conclusion of the Hashira Training arc involves the biggest battle in the history of Koyoharu Gotouge’s magnum opus. This battle will probably once and for all put an end to the terror of the demons, but it might require the sacrifice of some of the major characters from the series.
However, before the Hashiras reach the Kibutsuji Muzan, they will have to go through the last remaining Upper Moons, who are a force to be reckoned with. Among them, the strongest Upper Moon is Kokushibo, holding the highest position, Upper Rank One. This is why he will be faced by not one but three Hashiras and Genya, the younger brother of Sanemi.
While some fans have decided to wait for Ufotable to adapt the arc, others have decided to take matters into their own hands and create a fan-made movie-like video of the epic fight between Kokushibo vs. Gyomei, Sanemi, Genya, and Muichiro. This fan-made adaptation is so great that it has gone viral on YouTube.
The Best Fan-Made Demon Slayer Battle
When the Hashira Training arc concluded, Crunchyroll announced that the Infinity Castle arc, which is not only the most important arc of the series but also the conclusion, would be adapted into three different movies, taking over the three most important fights from the series. One of these fights revolves around Kokushibo, the Upper Moon, and his opponents, Gyomei, Sanemi, Genya, and Muichiro.
While the fans have no idea when these battle movies will grace them, @ComickeyAnimations animated the Kokushibo fight, and although it might not be as good as Ufotable’s animation, it certainly is better than any other Demon Slayer fan animation.
The fan-made video reflects the anger of the current Hashiras while facing the former Hashira-turned-demon.
The video is almost as big as a movie, and although it was released only a few days ago, it has gained over 1.1 million views, reflecting the craze and anticipation that fans have for the finale of one of the best anime series of all time.
Demon Slayer Supporters Are Impressed With The Fan-Made Video
When popular animation studios like Ufotable adapt the manga, their animation perfectly reflects the narrative and adds a smooth flow to the story. But when it comes to fan-made videos, this flow is generally lacking. But this was not the case with @ComickeyAnimations. The Demon Slayer fans have mostly worked on the series, and all of his works are top-notch.
The same can be said about his adaptation of the Kokushibo vs. Gyomei, Sanemi, Genya, and Muichiro fight. Not only does the video portray a decent animation style, but it also perfectly reflects the dubbing of the characters.

According to the speculations the first Demon Slayer Infinity Castle arc movie will be released in 2025 and if the past timelines are any indication, they might take a year gap after every movie. Thus it might take a long time for Demon Slayer to finally end the anime, but fans are all for it.
