Call of Duty is one of the most popular gaming franchises of all time and has transcended the genre in ways unimaginable. The franchise began experimenting and ventured into uncharted waters by integrating zombies and fans noticed something about the latest concept art.
This year’s entry will take players back to the Black Ops era which is a fan favorite and more information is being released or leaked. New concept art was just revealed and it seems like Frank Woods has been reanimated as a zombie and fans are in awe of how horrifying it looks.
New Leaks Reveal a Beloved Call of Duty Character as a Zombie
The gaming community has already anticipated that leaks of the upcoming project will happen as it draws near the release date later this year. However, the irony is that the people behind the project would occasionally fumble like accidentally revealing the first look of Russel Adler on the thumbnail of the reveal trailer on the official site. The mistake has been later fixed but it was already too late and this recent leak is one too massive to ignore.

Early leaks about the concept art have surfaced and it features the promo art of the Vault Edition and the Standard Edition which is heavily inspired by the original key art of earlier Black Ops games. However, what stood out is the reanimated form of Woods which could hint at more zombie content.

It is undeniable that the figure bears a significant resemblance to the fan-favorite character. Perhaps it was an early design made by the developers of how the zombies would look in the game knowing that this year’s entry is about to have the best features involving zombies compared to all previous titles combined.
These leaks have benefitted the game and piqued the interest of the gaming community to dive in and see what Treyarch and Raven Software have worked on for the past couple of years. Black Ops 6 could help redeem the franchise while doing something new and fresh at the same time to keep the community in line.
Call of Duty Zombies Never Look Better Until Black Ops 6 Came Along
The gaming community is excited to see the franchise change for the better and the developers showed confidence by allowing the game to be added to Xbox Game Pass on day one which is a big deal for subscribers.
Perhaps the campaign of the upcoming game will be equally as promising as the zombie content. Recent single-player content of the franchise has been lackluster compared to earlier titles and the combined effort of two developers could make a difference this time around.
Only time will tell how well this project will fare compared to the predecessors but if the leaks were any indication, the developers are working hard to revitalize the interest of the player base. The gaming community can only hope and pray that this entry will put the franchise back on the map.
