Call of Duty never runs out of issues and bugs, but the ones that are not meant to function in a certain way tend to be funny and useful like the one that came along with Season 2 Reloaded is a broken Jak Purifier that can melt zombies to a crisp. It is unknown when the next patch is going to be but one thing is for certain, the overpowered properties of the Purifier aren’t here to stay.
The franchise has its share of blunders and mishaps in terms of equipment that leaves players irritated and annoyed, while also being plagued by hackers and cheaters. Call of Duty: Warzone has taken a massive leap in becoming a cheater’s playground and it is very amusing to see some of the developers fumble in terms of balancing the firepower of any weapon.

The Jak Purifier isn’t the first broken weapon in the game and it won’t be the last. The weapon can be seen destroying zombies and anything else pointed at its way.

The increased strength of the weapon makes it a more appealing choice to try in the game before it gets nerfed. The developers also nerfed the power and effectiveness of throwing knives which caused the community to have different opinions about it.
While it may all seem fun to feel invincible, it wouldn’t be as fun if the weapon is used in a multiplayer match with the buff. There is always a justified reason and sound logic behind weapon buffs and nerfs, and the goal is to have a much more balanced game.

Broken firepower can cause some insane damage on the battlefield but could also be game-breaking, adjustments are inevitable and as long as it is still there, it is best to make the most of it before the developers nerf it down. Call of Duty highlights the violence and destruction caused by war, and hasn’t failed to showcase the power of insane firearms but sometimes takes it a little too far and shakes off the believability factor.
It is important to have a fairly accurate depiction of how a weapon functions and its destructive capabilities to ensure an immersive gaming experience. It would make no sense for a handgun to eliminate a target that is miles and miles away, developers should carefully research and take the time to understand how a weapon operates. Call of Duty: Warzone is the culmination of the franchise’s years of experience, and it shouldn’t be desecrated by cheaters and hackers nor plagued by bugs and overpowered weaponry.
