A new update related to Charlie Cox’s upcoming show is poised to be another significant blow to Marvel fans. Industry Insider TimeToShineHello has recently claimed that Daredevil: Born Again would allegedly be a “soft reboot” of the Netflix series.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Daredevil: Born Again has landed its new creative team after Chris Ord and Matt Corman were fired from the show. The new team includes Dario Scardapane, writer and executive producer of The Punisher.

The directing duo Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead, who have worked on Marvel’s Moon Knight and Loki Season 2, have joined the production as lead directors for the rest of the season. Corman and Ord will be associated with the show as executive producers. Reports claim that the studio plans to keep some of the scenes and episodes that have already been shot.

Dario Scardapane will reportedly work on new episodes of the show incorporating what has already been shot. The series was originally expected to have 18 episodes. However, after the recent changes, it is unclear how many episodes it will have. Born Again has also seen a delay in its release and is expected to be released in early 2025.
