When Oda sensei started penning One Piece in 1998, no one would have seen the series’ future. One Piece is often deemed the pinnacle of anime and has a fanbase of millions. More than 25 years later, the series has many things fans can look forward to, including Chopper’s devil fruit awakening.
Chopper devil fruit awakening might be around the corner, and fans are excited to see his natural transformation. It won’t be presumptuous to say that after he reawakens his devil fruit, he will become the Hulk in the One Piece storyline.
Chopper would be powerful after his devil fruit awakening in One Piece
Devil Fruit is the base of Eiichiro Oda’s magnum opus and plays a pivotal role in the events of the storyline. An individual’s strength dramatically relies on his control over his devil fruits. Of course, it doesn’t matter if you are Gol D. Roger, who conquered the sea without consuming it.
The awakening gives the user better strength, speed, and durability. Chopper has consumed Hito Hito no Mi, a Devil Fruit, allowing its user to transform into a human hybrid. It is a zoan-type devil fruit, which is one of the rarest in the entirety of One Piece.
However, there is a widespread misconception among the One Piece masses that Monster Point is the awakened form of devil fruit; unfortunately, this couldn’t be further from the truth. Monster Point is a forced ritual via Rumble Balls, like Kidd and Law, who used their haki to awaken their devil fruits against Big Mom forcibly.
We also know from Vegapunk that awakened Zoan fruits usually tend to subjugate the user, so they become more of a beast than a human, with a few examples being the Impel Down Jailer Beasts.
Chopper’s monster’s point is an imperfect awakening—a first step towards his true awakening. The natural awakening of Chopper’s devil fruit will do tremendous things for him, including increasing his IQ, fighting abilities, and stamina; each is facing heavy growth.
The most likely appearance for Chopper after awakening his devil fruit will be similar to that of a human, but he will still retain the specs of his monster point form. Or if Oda sensei decides to turn him into a giant, he can look like Hulk, which would look very cool on him.
Since after the devil’s fruit awakening, Chopper’s looks are destined to change a lot, a similar appearance as Hulk might do the trick.

The manga is currently wrapping up the first arc of the final saga, with the following possible destination being Elbaf, the country of giants.

On the other hand, One Piece live-action season two has been announced and is in the works; unfortunately, no release dates have been announced from either the studio or Oda sensei.
