Ever since the release of massive blockbuster, Oppenheimer, the cast has been busy doing interviews and talk shows on several occasions. Recently, Emily Blunt sat down in an interview with SiriusXM where she talked about working with Cillian Murphy in Christopher Nolan’s movie.

While filming the segment, she saw her on-screen husband approaching near her interview area. While in the original interview, she was seen giving him a shoutout, the channel shared an extended clip of the same interview on Instagram where she was seen interacting with the latter.

They were seen exchanging greetings with each other when the actress asked him, “Did you sleep” to which he affirmately replied, “Yeah.”

She continued, “Did you do nothing last night?”

The Peaky Blinders actor answered stating, “I had a bath.”

Now, this made her extremely invested in the topic as she continued, “I did too.” However, the actor subtly ended the conversation by dropping a final blow as he said, “Too much information.”

The actress quickly turned towards the camera as she added,

“Guys, Cillian Murphy had a very long bath last night.”

That conversation ended up leaving both the actors in giggles. While he is surely a reserved person, his art is truly mesmerizing, leaving him more than captivating for audiences. Even the actress herself has high regard for her co-star.

In an interview with PEOPLE, A Quiet Place actress showered her co-star with compliments as she told him, “There is a reverence that you are so deserving of.”

She continued,

“And you are, like, the quietest conductor of this whole thing. You don’t mean to be — it’s not in your nature to want to lead — but I think that there’s something just captivating about you, whether you like it or not, that people are spellbound by.”

The 41-year-old actress added,

“And it is. As much as you like to say, ‘This is all of [director] Chris Nolan,’ why people are so captivated by this film, but it’s you.”

No one can deny the fact that Murphy’s charms and impeccable acting skills have contributed to making this movie a massive success. He plays the titular role in the movie whereas Blunt plays the role of his wife, Katherine “Kitty” Oppenheimer. Meanwhile, the movie has received 13 Oscar nods, including the Best Actor (Murphy) and Best Supporting Actress (Blunt). Meanwhile, the movie itself got nominated in the Best Picture Category with Christopher Nolan earning a nod for Best Director.

The 96th Academy Awards will be held on March 10, inside the Dolby Theatre at Ovation Hollywood in Los Angeles. Meanwhile, Oppenheimer is available to stream on Peacock.
