Code Geass is a Japanese anime television show created by Sunrise. The series was directed by Gorō Taniguchi and written by Ichirō Ōkouchi. It is set in a different timeline and centers on the banished prince Lelouch Lamperouge, who gains the “power of absolute obedience” from an enigmatic figure by the name of C.C. By using this supernatural ability, called Geass, he commands a string of robotic fights and spearheads an uprising against the Holy Britannian Empire.
