Dwayne Johnson’s Black Adam-Inspired Entrance Leaves Fans in Awe

Since his heel turn to Hollywood Rock, the Great One has assured fans that he will do everything in his power, to ensure Cody Rhodes isn’t walking out victorious from WM 40. Detailing the stipulations for their tag-team encounter in Night One, Johnson explained a win for Rollins and Rhodes would mean a Bloodline-free match against Reigns, but a loss would make it a Bloodline Rules match. However, the Brahma Bull’s entrance in this SmackDown episode, which looked straight out of his DCEU flick Black Adam, has led many to believe The Rock will indeed stand tall in WM.

While his future in the DCEU came to an abrupt end following the regime change, Dwayne Johnson isn’t pulling punches in the WWE universe, and it’s safe to say Hollywood Rock is here to stay.

Dwayne Johnson Is Expected to Continue Wrestling After Wrestlemania 40

Although time will tell what the outcome of Night One of the showcase of the Immortals will be and its implications on Night Two, it seems this isn’t going to be The Rock’s last rodeo in WWE. With the actor back on a full-time basis with the WWE, reports have emerged stressing that WWE is optimistic about Johnson’s future as the pro-wrestling giant. Observer reported that WWE is hoping that the Fast Five Star would once again put on the boots to wrestle at least at the Saudi Arabia event this year.

“When asking if Rock will be working that show, we’re told there are a lot of variables in play and a variety of factors, but obviously the company would like it if he would. While nothing is set in stone, the belief as of right now is that Mania won’t be his only match in 2024 and there is definitely a push to get him to work at least one Saudi Arabia event this year.”

It’ll be interesting to see what the future holds for the Great One in the squared circle, but it’s safe to say the American Nightmare isn’t going to have an easy time completing his story.
